The video-on-demand platform Hotstar, has launched its latest OOH campaign across major cities of Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
After waging a battle against torrents with its previous campaign- 'Torrents Morghulis', Hotstar and its dauntless in-house creative team is back with another marketing campaign for the all new American Drama series-'Billions'.
The campaign's delivery style upholds Hotstar's signature minimalistic design approach and propagates an enticing element of mystery and intrigue through the creatives. As for 'getting Billions', the quirky social media and OOH creatives through a single QR code and an invite, take the viewer directly to the landing page of the show 'Billions', on Hotstar Premium. The campaign was conceptualised with the aim to encourage the masses to sample TV shows on Hotstar's platform, in their unspoiled and original form.
The billboards flank arterial roads of major cities such as that of Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore and the same is being simultaneously promoted on social media platforms.
Carrying out the first leg of the campaign till November 2, the second part of the campaign's communication strategy included revealing the mystery of 'Billions' to the audience that is yet to scan the QR code.
Long story short, for a high-octane provocative drama series such as 'Billions', no other campaign but Hotstar's powerpacked and mystifying own, would have been so adeptly tailor made.
