Western Railway, (Mumbai division) invites tender for display rights on hoardings

The divisional railway manager (commercial), Mumbai division, Western Railway, has invited proposals from advertising firms for erection of hoardings for display of commercial advertisements at various sites in different railway stations on a ‘first-come-first-serve’ basis. The period of contract will be five years.

As per the tender document, a total of 17,400 sq. ft display space is being offered through this tender for display of commercial advertisements.

Under the terms, the successful bidder will have to bear the entire cost for erection of the hoarding structures. Applicants will have to submit a proposal fee of Rs. 2,000 per site in the form of pay order or demand draft, drawn in favour of the chief cashier, Western Railway, Churchgate along with the proposals. Applicants will have to contact SSE/W/A/BA and commercial publicity department, Mumbai Central for physical verification of sites/locations before submission of their proposals.
