On behalf of the President of India, Office of the Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, N.E. Railway, Lucknow, invites sealed open tender from Advertising Agencies in prescribed proforma to permit three years contract of Sole advertising rights for commercial publicity on Lucknow Jn. Station.

Open tenders are proposed to be called for awarding publicity rights sole rights advertising at Lucknow Jn. Station of Lucknow Division N.E.Railway. The publicity rights will include hoardings, glow signs, Panel, Hanging board/Board etc.

The tender form can be obtained from the office of the D.R.M. (Commercial) N.E. Railway, Ashok Marg, Lucknow on any working day mentioned above by submitting application including cash receipt of Lucknow Jn. Station Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only). The cost of tender form, which is not refunable, should be deposited in Booking Office, of the Station Manager, N.E. Railway, Lucknow Jn.

Tender form is not transferable. Tenderer should deposit earnest money to the Divisional Pay Master, N.E. Railway, Lucknow Jn. or in the form of Bank draft from any Nationalized Bank in favour of FA & CAO, N.E. Railway, Gorakhpur, which should be attached in original with tender form. In any case decided/undecided tender, earnest money deposited earlier would not be adjusted. As per rule of Railway Board enforce shall be required to be deposited as security money. Electric connection may also taken if required for which as per Railway Board rules, separate estimate charge and security money shall be required to be deposited and separate agreement shall be executed. For every zone separately tender will be submitted.

The required documents (Solvency, Experience, Character ( not required for firm/ company), A reference from a scheduled Nationalised bank in which money transaction is held by tenderer, with the address of the bank is to be quoted with certificate of last one year money transaction) mentioned in tender form should also be attached. Detailed information is given in the tender form. The applicant shall present the original copies of above documents on demand of Railway Administration. If on verification of above enclosed documents by concerned department are found illegal, the tender will not be accepted and earnest money will be forfeited. The contractor will follow Railway Security;/ Safety Rules. The particular of rules and conditions of tender are available in tender form, these rules and conditions must be followed by the tenderer.

A Blue print of the Display Plan will have to be submitted by the advertiser to the Sr. DCM, Lucknow (N.E.) for approval before physical execution of the work. Divisional Railway Manager/Commercial, N.E. Railway, Lucknow is empowered to cancel the tender without any reasons.

Tender Notice & Tender form is also available on web site of 'http/www.tenders .gov.in ' and www. ner.indianrailways. gov.in' which can be downloaded and can be used. These tender forms which are down loaded from web site must be enclosed with a Bank draft/DD amounting Lucknow Jn. Station Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only) issued by any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank payable in favour of FA & CAO / North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur as a cost of Tender form. Tender form not accompanied with above mentioned bank draft will not be considered.
