Cochin Port Trust (CoPT), Cochin has invited sealed tenders for granting permission to erect hoardings at various locations on Port’s land for a period of three years on a yearly rental basis. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 20,000 for each location. The specified size of the hoardings will be varying from 25 sq. m to 30 sq. m.

To be eligible for the contract, applicants should have an average financial turnover of Rs. 10 lakh for the last three years ending March 31, 2012. Documentary proof along with copies of audited balance sheet, profit and loss statement etc. should be enclosed with the bids. The average annual turnover of the applicants from the business of advertising and publicity during the last three accounting years should be at least Rs. 1 crore.

The applicants will have to submit the EMD in the form of a demand draft or banker’s cheque, drawn in favour of the FA and CAO, Cochin Port Trust, payable at Cochin along with the bids.
